How do I find what I need?

We supplie you with an easy to use Menu that allows you to select your specific category or enter a keyword of the item you need in our Product Search box. When you locate the item you wish to purchase, simply add it to your shopping cart. When your shopping is completed, click the checkout to pay for your purchase. PFUSA accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. We also accept payment by check and wire transfer.

Purchase Orders & Net Terms:

PFUSA does accept purchase orders and will grant net terms to qualifying companies and businesses. Please complete our credit application and fax it to us at 1-630-929-1318.

What are your return policies?

We are excited about our business relationship with you and we want you to feel the same with your purchase(s). However, all unopened products purchased at PFUSA can be returned within 10 days of your receipt provided you have an authorized return merchandise authorization (RMA) number from our customer support department. Non-returnable items include special order merchandise, food items, discontinued merchandise, special promotional items, equipment, training videos, and CDs. You can reach customer support at 1-630-247-0801, or email directly to mesonline@att.net Products returned within the 10-day window, which have been opened, are subject to an open box fee of 22%. For orders placed in error by customer(s), the cost and responsibility to ship the product back to PFUSA shall be that of the customer(s).

Can you define "Resalable Condition"?

The item:

  • Must be clean and free of dents, scratches, holes, tears, cracks, stickers, price tags, etc.
  • Should be unused.
  • Must be in its original packaging (carton, wrap, protection or sleeve provided by the manufacturer).
  • The Carton and Packaging:
  • Must be free of writing, such as "Sold To", RA# or "Return To" etc.
  • Must be free of holes, cuts or tears
  • Must be free of excessive tape or odd tapes (i.e. duct tape or Christmas tape, etc.)
  • Furniture cartons must be opened so that they can be re-closed, preferably by opening the carton flaps. Never cut furniture cartons around the bottoms or down the sides.
  • All internal packaging (i.e. bubble wrap, cardboard corners, tops and sides) must be in place.

Knock Down Items:

Ready-to-assemble furniture is not returnable if the manufacturer's carton has been opened and the contents removed for assembly, or the item as been assembled.

Electronic Items

Are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. These manufacturer terms are enforce on Milestone Equipment & Supplies. In situations where the manufacturers will not honor credit due us, we reserve the right to deny credit to you.
